Before submitting 你的正式评估 请求, make sure to complete the following:

  1. 提交 所有正式成绩单到入学 & 记录
    • Include all college/universities attended and 美联社分数 (3 or higher)
    • After submission, please wait before 请求ing 你的正式评估
    • 2-3 week processing delay for records to be scanned for staff viewing
  2. 在PCC完成12个学分的分级课程 
    • Grades must be posted on your unofficial PCC transcript in LancerPoint
    • LancerPoint > hamburger menu (upper left) > Discover > search "Transcripts and 记录" > View My Unofficial Transcript > 提交

Our online counselors will reply to 请求s Monday – Friday based on counselor availability.

  • Generally, we reply within 4-7 business days.
  • During peak registration periods, we will close this form to focus on helping students 与登记.

The online counselor will review your 请求 and determine the type of evaluation 你需要基于你的学术目标.  

If you only have credits from a California 社区 College, our online counselor will provide your IGETC or CSU GE 评价结果 immediately.  

If you need an evaluation 为你r associate degree major requirements (not CTE), an evaluation 请求 may need to be forwarded to the evaluator.

If using 美联社分数 for IGETC or CSU GE, the online counselor will provide the results.

If using 美联社分数 for major requirements, you will need to submit an AP petition. The online counselor will assist you with the AP petition process. 

All transcripts must be on file with no in-progress work shown.  所有期末成绩 must be posted on the transcript for an evaluation 请求 to be forwarded to an evaluator.  

  • Exception: If you do not want to use your foreign credit, then your foreign records are not required for this official evaluation 请求.

There's a processing delay of 2-3 weeks for official transcripts/records to be received and scanned into the system for staff viewing. 

You may submit another official evaluation 请求 in a few weeks so we can check 为你.

We cannot use foreign credit for the IGETC or CSU GE patterns.

If you would like to earn an associate degree at PCC, you may use foreign credit for PCC通用电气. To 请求 an official evaluation of your foreign credit, you will need to:

  1. Order a comprehensive evaluation through one of the 3 approved agencies
  2. 将评估结果提交给招生部门 & 记录
  3. 在PCC完成12个学分的分级课程
  4. 提交正式的评估请求

After your online counselor confirms that your 请求 has been submitted to an evaluator, 等待8-10周. 8-10周后, reply to your online counselor's email to reopen your support ticket and ask 为你r 评价结果. Your online counselor will check-up on your 请求 and email you the results.

PCC's system currently is not able to input credits from another college onto your LancerPlan审核或在LancerPoint中显示. We may still use your credits towards IGETC/CSU GE or associate degree or transfer but credits outside of PCC cannot be shown within PCC的系统. We hope to be able to do this in the near future.  :)

Official evaluations for transfer may only be 请求ed for IGETC GE, CSU GE, and AAT/AST学位要求.
